Help - bouncy/jumpy ride

Hello! I own a 2022 ZL1 1LE with automatic transmission.

As of yesterday, the car has got an unusual jumpy/bouncy feel to it.
I'm running 305/30/19 in the front (Pirelli Pzero N2) and 355/30/19 in the rear (Kumho ecsta v720). Yes, there is a little rubbing.

But as of yesterday, the car has got become super uneasy to drive, even on flat roads. I believe it has happened after i put traction control off for a few minutes.

Additionally, I keep getting a "service rear axle" warning, which only comes when I accelerate the car. The mechanic mentioned its due to an issue with the traction control.

Taking it in tomorrow to a garage to check out the alignment/balancing/suspension, but any suggestions on what might be happening? Please and thank you! It's killing me.

Service AXLE or service SUSPENSION? I asked because my MRC sensor had detached and it threw the SERVICE SUSPENSION on the dash and the ride was very choppy and bouncy like you described.

Thank you for your response!
It shows "service rear axle".

Also, I'm assuming MRC means magneride control? ZLE has mulimatic suspension.

The eLSD shows 0%. Will monitor when i drive it as well tomorrow.
Also, the mechanic showed the following code (image attached) when he used the scanner.

However, the car was jumpy only yesterday. The “service rear axle” sign has been on since I purchased the car from someone else (its a second hand car).
