Surprising trade in offer on a ZLE
Drove my ZLE to the chevy dealership to pick up mudflaps for my truck and do a little joy riding.
The dealer asks me the mileage on my car while I'm sitting in the parts dept. Comes back and offers me 65K or 67K towards a trade on something. Car isn't for sale but I was shocked at that offer, it's like 6k higher than anything I've seen. This is the one that strung me along on allocations for a 6 months so I wouldn't trade to them even if it was for sale, but still. Either he has a waitlist or these cars are actually big sellers in the hot weather ? |

That dealership will turn around and list the car for 75k to 80k so the offer seems right.

Yeah they aren't stupid. Sounds about right. You'd be insane to only sell a ZLE for high 50s with that kinda mileage.
