Question about 2LT and 3LT

Hello!

Can somebody explain to me when 3LT was an option? Last year I bought a Fifty edition (2017) 2LT and they said it was the most complete package.

Now I see 3LT is the most complete one, when did this happen?

What are the differences between a 2LT and a 3LT?

Thanks!

GM changed up the LT trim in 2019 and split the previously fully contented 2LT into a lesser 2LT and a full 3LT trim. Here are the relevant details from the Camaro playbook:

Also, currently (as of my 21) the A10 transmission is available instead of the A8, and wireless Android Auto/Carplay as well.

Don't think the 2LT includes the HUD, either

Indeed, there have been quite a few changes since 2019, I just wanted to focus on when the split occurred. The 3LT has become an even better proposition in later model years.

Agreed, super happy with mine.
Here's the model comparison page for anyone to compare all trims. I learned some things today too

They replaced the A8 for v6’s starting in 2020
