LT4 Harmonic Balancer Bolt Install

Well on the LT4 conversion I have got to the fun part. I was able to get the crank bolt out with ease using a heat gun and impact. Came out no problem. I have the balancer installed a d ready to tighten up. I ordered an arp bolt, the question comes down to best way to keep the engine from moving while torquing.

I saw posts about the flywheel holder. Does the starter have to be fully removed or can the bolts be removed and pushed out of the way. Still have factory cats and manifolds.

Any points or insights if this is possible without removing cat and manifold. Any are options out there be sides the fly wheel holder?

I saw the pry bar through the inspection cover but worried with the amount of torque needed it would damage something.

It's a lot of torque, something like 250 lbs. I just use a Kobalt battery impact, I've never had one come loose, I've used this same impact on several motors where we've had the balancer off and replaced it either with an ATI or stock balancer with new torque to yield bolt.
