Porting the blower and adding a bigger TB is preferable to spinning the stock blower harder.

there's no such thing as "bad". Just a different route to go down that may need additional supporting mods to have all parameters run as they should

Ask KingLT1 about what you should do.

You're not going to be able to run any ethanol with that set up though. |

Whats your budget? I would personally keep (2) cats and the stock cat-back to start... If you want more volume, then try the resonated system... As for power, I suggest you look at the JRE 125rwhp package. It's not hard to phase your power adding, but it is easy to make mistakes. If you start with headers, big gulp, boost a pump, E85 + tune, i think you will be a happy camper for a while... Once you get comfortable with that, its as easy as ported blower + 103mm TB + lower pulley and a few other supporting mods.

JRE's package is the cleanest and best way to make quick power for the platform! Additionally, any Non-Resonated AWE systems will be absurdly loud. I had the Track Axle back with just a Rotofab and I had to go back to the suitcase because of the volume. |

How much power? How much money do you want to spend?
With the LT4, fueling is the most important thing you will do. Direct injection hardware is EXPENSIVE. So figure out your power goal first, then figure out your fueling solution for that power level, and THEN figure out how much bling you can afford after you've blown most of your budget on fuel. You can run E85, but you probably won't want to. The stock fuel system can only spray so much so fast. Most folks run E40-E60 for optimum price/performance. |

He’s trying to tell you the cars stock fuel system won’t support the hp that you’ll make with those mods AND e85. You’ll have to increase fuel delivery with different pumps, injectors, cam.
