How much power
I have FBO e85 2016 camaro ss manual. I was wondering how much power I will make if I go with a procharger and upgrade my pistons and rods and upgrade to lt4 fuel system.

Add a cam with a bigger fuel lobe also. You’re gonna need all the fuel you can get. You can make 8-900hp depending on the fuel you use

So if I do the rods and pistons and the fueling upgrades what would I make before I do any heads and cams.

Probably around 650-700whp with fbo and the base pulley. 6-8psi and e50ish. Dont need to do rods n pistons yet.

That is kind of a loaded question.
First off, what model Procharger? What compression? With a stock cam the LT4 fuel system doesn't go that far. With a 38% fuel lobe and a P1x you can make 750-800whp on E50 @ 11-12psi. Going to need an aux low side or bigger tank pump as well. If you are doing rods/pistons you might as well delete DOD and at least run a cam with a bigger fuel lobe. BTR has a stock profile 32% fuel lobe if you don't want a larger cam. If it was my build I would do a D1SC @ 10psi, ToohighPSI port injection kit, and you can make around 700whp on full E85 without needing to open up the motor. This is coming from somebody who has spent money upgrading DI fueling, but the costs have since sky rocketed on the LPE HPFP to go this route. So currently PI is the more cost effective option.

At some point I will port my heads and also add gpi ss3 cam in. Also do a full valve train upgrade. Should I use gpis standard or low compression piston and rods? I plan on doing the lt4 injectors, low side and high side. Then may add a smg aux pump in if needed.

what King said is about the best setup to go with now. A solid reliable 700whp car is a very fun thing.

Depends on what fuel you primarily want to run. If pump gas then do lower compression. If Ethanol leave compression stock...

Boost+Pistons is no small expense
All said and done you might look back and regret not getting ZL1 at this point in the process. I've learned that modifying a car isn't like a video game. Complications always arise and even if you plan every step it's still building an LT1
