zl1 addons order incomplete

I ordered rock guards from zl1 addons. They shipped me 2 out of 4, don't pick up the phone or respond to email.

anyone have issues with them in the past?

Please keep us informed. i was going to order the rock guards to put on when i pick up my camaro at the dealer.

I started a credit card dispute, that should get attention. I'll update here. I've read good things so I'm sure it's just a mistake but not answering the phone is a big no no in my book.

I just ordered some and I got back from work trip minutes ago. I ordered from zl1 addons too and I also got the front and rear rock guards. At first glance I thought I had only got 2, but the fronts and the rears are packaged together.

FWIW, I've placed multiple orders with zl1addons and have always received my products complete and in a timely manner. That said, it has been a couple of years since my last order with them.

Yes! they are thin. But one of the bags only had one guard in it :(

I ordered from them in mid-2020 and had no issues receiving the items. However...

I found their installation instructions to be pretty useless. So, after some experimentation and such, I reached out to them with an offer to help them shore up the instructions. I'm still waiting on a response...

They sent me lift pads for a convertible. They corrected it in a timely mannner.

ZL1 Add-Ons doesn't sell a set of pads "for converibles", though. They sell a set of pads that are -compatible- with the cross-bracing on a convertible, but they are also claimed to fit the coupes.

Further, these pads that are supposedly compatible with the convertibles are INcompatible with a number of jack types and they tell you straight out that you'll damage the plastic on the car by using them.

I've ordered from ZL1 Add Ons several times with no issues. Don't forget they are located in Cali so their hours are different than those on the east coast. I suspect they will get you fixed up.

I have ACS rock guards on my car. I prefer them over the ZL1 guards because they are molded to fit the car, but that's a personal preference.

My bad, I was thinking of the Magpads for the 5th gen's.
