Rotofab CAI Install Issues?
I just installed a rotofab intake sound tube delete on my 2022 camaro ss 1le. After the install I cranked the car and there was a super high white pitch noise. I figure it was normal, but when i went to turn the car off it seem to continuously run. I had to disconnect the battery for it to stop. Any idea what that could be?

What was it?
This way someone can look back and have an answer on what to look for.

I had the same problem during my Rotofab install. It just took a long time for it to go away but when it finally did, it didn’t come back.

I didn't disconnect initially, which is kind of a pre step. Assuming that caused the radiator fans to come on due to the MAF sensor not registering the new intake. After disconnecting the battery, letting it sit overnight and connecting back it fired up normal. Im sure the duration of time after disconnecting the battery dosent matter,I just waited. |
