Avoid Next gen speed

Avoid Next-Gen Speed .
Bought this shift trim cover a few weeks back. Never got tracking info, took forever to show up. When it finally did, I followed the instructions to the letter while installing it. The fit is just very poor. Even if the fit was perfect though, there simply is not material on the inner ring to cover all the chrome trim underneath, which makes it look very cheap. I contacted next gen speed asking for a replacement or refund and they basically said "oh well" and were very smug about it. The most pi$$ poor customer service I have ever seen.

Return it as defective. If they say no file a credit card chargeback. Pretty simple, honestly. NGS will not want a chargeback as it costs them money.

You should look at Carbon add-ons. Their stuff looks good and plenty of good reviews (maybe - can't always trust them, I guess).

Get your money back.

Then, stop wanting to add non-functional carbon fiber jewelry. It's tacky.

I bought side markers from them. Everything was top shelf. It was 2 years ago, so maybe they've gotten sloppy since then.

You have to be realistic in what the product is and most likely a case of you get what you pay for. If you want the trim piece to be 100% covered then actual Hydro-carbon replacement trim pieces is probably the answer, but expensive I’m sure.
