Fueling system with procharger

Looking to do a procharger on my 21 1le. I want to run fuel E85, I don't wont to mix. Would I be able to a lt4 hpfp and lt4 injectors and let's say a 4.75 pulley which I'm thinking is about 5psi and run full e85? Car is bone stock, only thing I would add to the procharger kit would be primary cat deletes.

LT4 fueling would probably carry you with full E85 up to 6 psi before you’d have to look at a voltage booster or cam lobe. Do a search for some of KingLT1’s posts on fueling, he pretty much knows all the fueling limits off the top of his head LOL.

Appreciate it....also if you could recommend a good tuner and any other recommendations would be appreciated. I would go with Pray. He tunes my buddies car and he's in my backyard. But pretty sure, he won't tune a SBE boosted Lt1 without doing pistons.

Agreed.

OP, you can also check out toohighpsi port injection set up and leave the LT1 hpfp and LT1 injectors alone. It might cost more than the LT4, but you will be able to use straight e85 with more than just 6 lbs.
I'm a big believer in King's E50-E60 blending. It is a small inconvenience, but you gain a lot more capabilities out of the LT4 fuel system and 90% of the benefits of straight e85. I plan to run my SBE LT1 on 8 lbs using the LT4 fuel system blending E60. From the research King has provided, it seems like the safest, most cost effective solution to fueling a stock LT1 with a blower on it.

Right on. If I had to do it all over again I would have just went port and saved myself a zillion dollars and a crap ton of aggravation.

If you can get Pray to do it, that’s probably the best option out there. And that’s no slight to other good tuners such as GPI or Jannetty. Pray seems to always have the quickest Gen6 Camaros.

Man that plate system looks awesome, appreciate the heads up on that. Yea I'm going to ask Brett first. Hopefully he will since I will have the fueling and low boost.

The LT4 system should get ya close on low boost.

Don't think Brett will tune it but Rick Clarke will.

I don't have a issue tuning a SBE LT1 on low boost long as it's on Ethanol.

You would be willing to tune my car? If yes, is there anything else you would require from me to have besides ethanol?

Ill help ya out if Brett won't but If you are new to this stuff, I think you would be better off to get the car in the hands of somebody experienced.

You will need: LT4 fueling, JMS booster, LT4 map sensor with breakout harness, Flex fuel sensor kit, and AEM 30-0334 wideband.

I assume you know that you will need HPtuners and you will have to pay for license credits on both you and tuners end? then tuning fee on top.

Far as E85, I would start by mixing the ethanol(even though you don't want to) and work up from E45. Honestly the stuff is super easy to mix. 7 gallons of E and 3 gallons of 93 pretty much hits E58-60 like clock work. 60/40 will be E55, and 50/50 will be around E45-50. It's safer to do it this way opposed to just going full send right out the gate.

Duly noted, wish you were closer man.

OP, wise words from the King.

Mighty mouse wild set up is highly suggested. Poor man's set up is replacing the oil fil cap with a Metco breather with the one way check valve set up. As far as spark plugs, your tuner should let know what heat range and gap to go with.

I run a standard catch can with a metco breather. Only reason I did this was because I had the catch can from when I was NA. It works good. Mighty mouse is a all in one solution. I also have a LS3 crank seal. If you properly evacuate crank case pressure then the seal might not be needed but I did it anyway since the balancer had to come off.

I run NGK LTR-7ix plugs. You could probably get away with a 6 heat range on a low boost setup.
