I know a lot of people talk crap about the 1LE wing for being oversized but I can tell it helps a lot in keeping the car planted in hard turns. Those are some killer shots brother!

What's funny is it isn't even that big compared to the aftermarket wings people run for the track or for looks.

Love the pics. What slicks will you be running next event? Also, what track & dates?

Thanks! Pirellis DH slicks (lightly used) weather permitting. Otherwise, I have a new set of 3Rs on the way.

I'm also considering Hankook F200 slicks as you can get them new like the Hoosiers and they are roughly the same price.

The Pirelli slicks are going to be 310/680/18 and 320/680/18. They are going to be spooned on the Apex SM-10 rims. Those rims are about 4lbs lighter than stock per wheel.

I picked up some BMR parts as well:
- Sway Bar Linkages (front and rear)
- Rear Cradle Brace
- Drivetrain Brace (The steel one, not aluminum)
- Strut tower brace
(I didn't get the control arms etc. )

Very nice! No one can say that you aren’t serious about tracking your car.

Put me on the fence of - it looks stupid,

they could have put a little more thought into that wing and not made it look like a 1980's star trek ship controller, really over the top

I personally love the wing. I wish it were bigger like the APE or the GT4.r adjustable wing. It would have been a homerun if the OEM wing was adjustable.

I've grown to love the wing. More importantly, it's functional -- 300 lbs downforce at 150 mph -- and developed by Pratt & Miller at the Mercedes F1 facility in Brackley, England. Pretty cool if you ask me
