WORK PREFORMED ON REFRESHED SHORT BLOCK
Disassemble Short Block
Degrease block, crank, rods
Degrease miscellaneous engine parts.
Measure Main Bearing Bores and Alignment
Measure Bores
Measure Crankshaft Main & Rod Journals
Balance V-8, Internal
TIG weld reluctor to crank
Hone V-8 cylinders with plates
Wash block for assy or cam bearings and plugs
Install Cam Bearings
Fit Cam Bearings to cam
File End Gaps - 16 Piston Rings
Install each Piston Ring
Manley Forged Piston
Total Seal AP Steel Rings
King Main Bearings HP/XP Series
King Rod Bearings XPN Series
Cam Bearing - Coated
Overhaul oil pump, check relief valve, variable vane system
Install bearings, measure main & rod clearances, selective fit bearings for proper oil clearance.
Assemble LT1 short block, review all dimensions & clearances

LT1 CYLINDER PORTED HEADS.
NO RUN TIME.
-Brand new GM LT1 heads
-CNC fully ported
-97-TVS-2187P - PAC POLISHED .660 Dual
