Post Getting Knock at Higher RPM.. Need Assistance

I am having issues with having knock at the very high rpm starting at 5600.. i have already searched through many of the tuning forums for answers but haven't found a solution. Also this is my first post so if you have any suggestions for what i may need to include for more assistance please let me know! Also this is my first experience tuning an actual vehicle so any improvements that can be made that you see would be great

I’m on my iPad so I can’t read your tune, but have you desensitized the knock sensors to compensate for your long tube headers? Has the fueling been adjusted after your mods were done?

First thing related to your 5600+ problem that I would suggest is to zero out table ECM 12785, Engine>Spark>Retard>Static Retard> vs Cylinder (that is a button). Those static retard values starting at 5600 rpm (which your tune still has) can show false knock in the log, which is obviously confusing when you're trying to figure out if any real knock is happening.

I haven't done this.. how would i properly go about doing this.. Also i have done LTFT tuning for fueling and updated the MAF based on that

Hope it helps. Will also suggest adding some more channels to VCM Scanner while you're working on your spark:

Base Advance
Flex Fuel Advance
Coolant Advance
IAT Advance
Burst Knock Retard
Knock Learn Factor

I looked at your tune...all of your spark retard stuff is stock. Zero out static retard as mentioned above and also need to desensitize the knock sensor threshold for each cylinder.

Maybe start somewhat small with the de-sensitivity, too. Maybe try 5%, then 10% if 5% wasn't enough, etc.

So i ended up changing the static retard to 0 like mentioned and just to see if anything would change.. i upped the peak torque also since it was getting to close to the Maximum Torque Value.. it decreased the knock but there is still a little there

Lower the spark before doing anything. If the knock is still there then it's false. Next step is to reduce knock sensitivity until it goes away.

I've also mixed several gallons of 100 octane to very low pump gas to try to eliminate false knock, too, but flashing lower spark might be a better option. I used that method to avoid flashing, but if you're already in there, it'll be cheaper to flash.
