Fueling guide…Please help !

Sup guys I currently have a 2019 ZLE mods are maggy 2650R , 2in headers x pipe , rotofab big gulp paired with a NW103. I don’t like the fact I’m running 93 , what fuel mods will get me to run strait e85??? I know some people say there’s no benefits in running full e85 over e50 but I don’t care lol I know these cars love e85 .

all depends on ur power goal. if you want to run straight e at high power level in my opinion you would need to run a FORE dual or triple intank pump and port injection. you can do DI but you would need %30 over injectors and LPE big bore pump and a intake still

I don't think anyone can answer this completely as nobody really knows or perhaps nobody has actually gone that far.

What I do know is that it is an expensive venture to run a full 85% on a modded ZL1. Which is why most stick with 50%. I was able to get up to E44 but I would probably stay around E30 if I used that tune just to be on the safe side. But from what I can tell the injectors alone are gonna cost $2500. Then you'll need the pump or pumps along with other modifications. End of the day I estimate you're going to spend around $5,000 to run full E85. And again, you are spending that money but not getting any real benefit as there won't be much difference from E40/E50 to E85. So if you REALLY want to do it and you aren't bothered by the cost then the best bet is to talk to your tuner/builder and probably just let them order the recommended parts.

If you want to run full E85 you need port injection with the Maggie 2650. You could do 60% over injectors and LPE hpfp with a lowside aux, but at that point just go port injection.

We have run Ignite Red113 E90 on a Procharged ZL1 SBE we did with DI and port injection. No meth involved and were at 1350rwhp on 22-23# of boost. Issue was the trans holding that power on the 5th gear and higher shifts.

I run full E with port injection.

Id1050x $900 to $1000
toohighpsi fuel rails $600 or $700
Computer to run port with wide band function (motech, holley, or Haltec) $1500 to $3000
low side similar to DSX aux setup with a little bigger pump $1200 or $2600 plus for a fore system if you don't want to tap your tank it will be setup as a return style with a regulator either way.

labor and tuning PRICELESS.. not a lot shops do it like jannetty he would rather you spend 16k on something easier to tune and install.

XDI pump 5k
XDI injectors 4k
fore setup 3k
labor makes it about 15 to 16k
