Side skirt repair

So my son bought me a set of the EOS ZL1 side skirts to march my splitter and spoiler. All of which are the primer black version. My splitter and spoiler arrived in perfect condition and still look amazing a year later. Now as you can see by the photos these skirts have some scuffs and scratches. Before I box them up and send them back, any ideas on how to correct them? I have already tried to buff them out with no luck. Thanks in advance!

Something to know is that "primer black" is raw ABS. Consider painting all of it which will also help to keep any potential degradation from sunlight at bay.

Otherwise, you're probably looking at some ultra-fine sandpaper to clean them up and a replacement set will look similar.

The EOS "primer black" products are basically straight-out-of-the-mold ABS. While it's possible they may need some filler, my own experience with the EOS products is that they are only surface marks and a light sanding before painting would be all that's needed.

Would be worth a pretty close look if one is intending to paint, though. Good plan.
