Long story short, ordered a Cherry Red tintcoat, M6, no roof, I really really wanted the 19" wheels but as you can't order with the stiff 1LE suspension, I went ahead and made do with the 20".

I was really torn on the 1LE, but I don't intend to track the car, I just wanted to grab me one of the greatest performance bargains still available with an M6. Will be interesting to see when it gets built.

Oh and the dealership is insisting I will get the vehicle at MSRP. Of course, he's really interested in my SS as a few people asked about it when I was there for a safety recall. I'm thinking I'll get it in March, which he said his last order was 90 days.

Oh and I opted against the performance monitor due to the supply issues.

I'm guessing this will look close to the final build.

I left it off of the options as I had already read that they were having supplier issues. I figured it may make it easier for me to take delivery if it's not a part that's backordered. Would be nice if they made something that did what the two do above in one simple package.

Beautiful car in the cherry red. I too just put on an order on Tuesday and have an order number. The funny thing is the dealer called me today to see if I wanted the 1LE package and said it would get built quicker since they had a slot open this week. I declined it.

It looks as if yours is optioned out about the same. The shade is a bit darker than the red on my SS which I figure is a good homage. I am going to hate getting rid of the SS, but I'm sure it'll be fun to have an M6 again. Great looking car and congrats!
