Package consideration

Okay, I've been going over packages etc etc and came up with this how do you guys like it possible hp gains? No pulley upgrade due to heat soak issues.
Rf Big Gulp
Kong X ported SC
103 TB
Lt Headers
E50
Jms booster
Trans tune.

Yes. You’ll need to add a JMS Booster to run e40-e50. Will be a killer set up with 675-700whp with no additional heat soak issues. I’d also do ceramic coating on the headers to reduce under hood temps.

JMS booster Really?? I've never heard of that being needed to E 40/50

You wouldn’t if you had no mods. You listed headers, 103TB, Big Gulp and ported blower. Each and every one of those mods reduce the amount of ethanol that your fuel system can support. You can offset the reduction in the amount of ethanol by JMS, aux low side pump or new cam. JMS is easiest of those. High side fuel will be good till about 700-725whp

Your going to make more boost even with stock pulleys with the X port. You won’t be able to run E50.

Should be a solid package. I just tuned my brothers A10 ZL1 with Headers, CAI, ported 95mm tb, flex fuel. It is making right at 10psi peak. Has enough fuel for E52 targeting .84 Lambda. X port will likely change that as others have mentioned.

I dont think you’ll need a Big Gulp. The regular roto fab is good until 750 HP or so.

Wouldn’t the big gulp work better with the 103mm TB?

Go with the Big Gulp even if only because you might decide on more extensive mods later down the road. In that case you wouldn't be in the position of having lost money buying a regular intake and then reselling it used and now having to buy a BG. Plus with the Holidays around the corner now's the time to buy everything you think you're gonna want and need.

That's why I'm getting the Jms booster?
It's not on my original list but it was suggested by another OP

With your list of mods you'll be much faster than you are stock. It is a worthwhile venture if you're getting it all at a good price.
