TB issues….limp mode

Hey guys, so my car is acting super strange and is basically not running, looking for any bright ideas or help as to what to look for.

Here is the back story

Last Thursday I’m driving home from work and out of nowhere car goes into limp mode, I check the codes and it’s all TB related. Car has a NW 103 on it, I get home and figure I take the TPS off and see what going on inside, I pull it off and a bunch of water comes out. So naturally I think the TB Motor is shot, I replace it with another one and the car goes back to normal. But this only lasted for about 170 miles, after that the car went back to limp mode. I proceeded to replace the TPS but after that the car wouldn’t even stay running at all. End up putting a brand new 95TB on it and now the car runs but in limp mode. I have done the TB diag, according to which I need a new TB. Also I have logged hp tuners, that has shown that there is 60-70 kpa of air in the intake at idle which is more then double of what it should be, also that fuel injectors are maxed out at 4ms. I’m assuming that the car sees the extra air from I guess a vacuum leak and cause if that is dumping fuel to not be crazy lean. Now my question is, would this cause the car to go into limp mode? Also what’s throwing me off is that replacing the TB motor fixed the problem for a few days. At this point any help would be appreciated, need ideas. Thank you

It’s been on the same tune for the past 6 month with no issues

I would be looking at how water got into the TPS in the first place. That would scare me. I’d check sensors upstream and down stream ex, MAF or MAP. You have a OTR intake? I’d look at the filter and make sure it’s not wet? All things possible I’d be inspection everything.
