swapping pulley
I purchased a camaro with the magnuson 2650 full exhaust and CAI.Also has alky meth with a dual nozzle.Car was tuned by a good tuner. The problem is it has a stock LT1 engine.Top pulley is 100mm and bottom crank pulley 10% over.I was told by magnuson that would be roughly 11lbs of boost.Im going to be putting a 110mm pulley on top to lower the boost a couple of pounds.Do you think by dropping the boost the car will need to be retuned?

King is right, of course. You should definitely drop the boost to 7-8 until you have a firm handle on your tune & fueling. Pick up the HP Tuners MPVI2 now and learn to use the scanner ASAP. Keep your foot out of heavy throttle until you know what’s going on.
