Rattling noise that comes and goes

Super weird rattling noise after I put on some new exhaust sleeves after putting some permatex on them. It doesn't make the rattling noise all the time, but the weird part is that you can hear it clear as day inside the cabin, but if you get outside the cabin and put your ear underneath the car, no rattling noise at all. Same with the engine bay, there's nothing in my cabin that would make a noise like how this noise sounds. I have change in my center console and masks in my glove box, nothing in the trunk that would make this kind of noise either. Inside the car it sounds like it's coming from right underneath the glove box if that helps.

I'll see if I can get a video of it, but it doesn't get louder with acceleration either. At first I thought drive shaft, but it does it in park too. Recently had my transmission flushed, and from what I can tell, no bolts are loose. Any ideas would be great.

Check the cooler lines that run along the bottom by the exhaust, they have small circle spacers around them.
I had a rattle that would come and go and it ended up being those lines were not seated correctly on the driveshaft tunnel brace and they would rattle on it. Came right from the center console area like you described.
