ARH Exhaust Install Issues

I purchased the ARH 2 inch long system but it wont line up with the factory muffler. Their site shows it will fit 2016 and up SS or ZL1 and clamp onto the factory NPP muffler (I have a 2018 ZL1) The headers fit great and no amount of adjusting the cat back section will allow the NPP muffler to line up. The ARH pipes are about 18 inches wide at the muffler connection point and the factor is only 17 inches. Has anyone else had this type of issue? Could this be a defect in the ARH system? (Sorry, don't know how to rotate the pictures)

I installed the ARH CAV8-16200300LSWC which is the 2" long tubes and x-pipe to suit case. I had no problem with installation other then the cat clamp connection leaking.

My car also has the ARH long system to NPP.

There was no issue here either getting the X-pipe section to connect to the stock muffler.

Take a small ratchet strap or rope and squeeze them in a little bit to help you get started. That should go on.

I used KOOK's but my rear pipes prior to clamping them had a lot of play in them; I assume ARH's are the same. I would expect the system to have an 1" of play unclamped. What's your range? 18" - 19"? If you've already clamped your rear pipes to the x-pipe undo them and borrow a spreader tool from AutoZone to get your play back.
