I understand why people are selling them with the way prices are but when I bought it I wasn't making the purchase as an investment. It was for pure enjoyment and thats priceless for me. I have owned many cool cars over the years and this is by far my favorite to date.

Plenty of reasons people sell. Mine is I want to go back to a sports sedan and the new Cadillac Blackwing is my new most favorite car.

Just sold my 19MY with 15000kms for $90K Canadian. Placed an order the same day for a Rapid Blue ZLE 2022.at.msrp. Ive owned the car for 2 years and wouldn't buy anything else.

I like the new Chargers and Challengers a lot. Tried showing the wife some photos and she said NO, order a Blackwing. Told her the Hellcat widebody would cost less than a CT5 V. She repeated herself...........buy the Cadillac. Added the Hellcat had a more comfortable interior and more space. She said........buy the Cadillac.

However, I will not order any car unless I first sit in one. This will be a long buying process with the current chip situation.

Just a thought guys: if this Chip crap goes on for up to another year; which a few of the Youtubers are now starting to say might be the possibility; that might bring you to the end of being able to get a new ZL1/ZLE even if you want to. And then I think you will see prices are really skyrocket. Similar to what happened at the end of 2020 /2021 with the GT 350/GT350R. Once people realize you weren’t able to buy them new anymore used prices went through the roof. I looked at a GT 350R very hard in the fall of 2020 and didn’t pull the trigger and wow I’m kicking myself now. I do think the ZLE I bought is a better car in every respect but if I had pulled the trigger on a GT 350R it would be worth tens of thousands more than I paid now. So just a warning if you sell your Camaro now, you may not be able to get into another one depending on what happens with these chips.

PS a CT5 Blackwing Carbon 6sp looks amazing! I’d love to buy one and have it be a stablemate to my ‘20 ZLE ��

You might lose-out on some conveniences, too. From what I read, there are at least a couple that GM's shipping cars out without, and just give $80-credit for or something. Make sure you understand what, if anything, you're not getting because of the chip shortage.

I think one of those conveniences, for trucks, are no wireless phone charging, or something. That might not be a big deal for some/many, but that might just be the start of many things you may not be getting you might usually, if things weren't they way they are right now.

Funny my friend just bought a Hellcat, I took it for a test drive and I did not like the way it drove at all. Its hard to come from a ZLE and then drive a Land Yacht. Its fast and looks cool but not for me. Mopar=Junk
