6th gen in new movie

Spotted a nice orange 6th gen ZL1 in a new movie called Free Guy. Found some still images on line to post here, but check out the trailer. It is all throughout the trailer. 👍🏻

I saw a quick snippet of this on YouTube and I thought it was an insurance commercial so I skipped it lol I'll have to pay attention next time it comes up

Looks like an interesting movie. The Camaro appears at the 1:35 mark.

That ZL1 looks like a Crush 2019+ coupe and not a 2017, so reddit got that one wrong. The movie looks very forgettable, but I guess at this point any publicity is good publicity

probably just trying to capitalize on the popularity of Deadpool with a similar style of movie but (I'm assuming) family friendly.

But I agree it doesn't seem like it would hold any interest after initial viewing

From the trailer, this sort of looks like a modern spin on The Truman Show. I'll probably watch it when it comes to Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. Ryan Reynolds was funny in Deadpool and I thought 6 Underground (a Netflix movie) was pretty good, too. That one had an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio in a pretty long chase scene at the beginning. The chase scene ends rather abruptly.

It's really hard to tell. In some shots, it appears to have the ZL1 hood with the cover over the supercharger, in others you don't really see it. There are no canards on the fronts of the car, but the grille looks right for a ZL1.

The regular ZL1 doesn’t have canards on the front. That’s only the ZLEs. And yes I would agree with others that Crush didn’t exist in 2017.

Look at the tail lights - certainly isn't a 2017. And no, crush did not exist either.
