Anyone know the stock ZL1 inlet pipe diameter at the throttle body in mm or inches?

Trying to figure out if a 95mm LT5 throttle body (with reducing adapter) will fit on the OEM intake pipe or not. I figured not but wanted to double check.

Stock is 87mm and The reducing adapter for the 95mm defeats the purpose.

Are you talking about the pipe from the airbox?

I know the adapter I've seen only re-clocks the 95 to fit onto a stock-type snout. This one doesn't reduce the size of the opening to 87 - it's the same as the 95. I'd make sure you get one that doesn't reduce, like King' said.

If you're talking about the elbow from the air cleaner, I'd say that it will probably fit. It might be tight, and you might have to try to do it after a drive, so the rubber is nice and malleable, but I think I've seen a stock elbow stretch over a 103. I do know that Magnuson makes a larger elbow for their CARB-kit. That could be an option if you need to do that.

To clarify, i mean the black plastic intake pipe from the airbox to the TB, not the snout itself. The throttle body is 87mm, but curious the inside diameter of the black plastic pipe connecting to it.

The stock air box will not fit the lt5 95mm TB. If you are changing your TB why would you not change the airbox??
