HP Tuners VCM Scanner HELP!!

Hello all!!

I am trying to graph fuel pressure from an external sensor. I am using the MPVI Pro interface, and am successfully logging/graphing my WB02, as well as logging fuel pressure. I just can't get it to show in the chart/graph. Any suggestions?

I'm just brainstorming here, but have you tried changing the chart Parameter to External Input/MPVI Pro/ MPVI A/D Input 3? I see you have the Transform parameter selected, and thats how my wideband is setup, but Im thinking maybe this type of gauge doesnt need to be transformed....? Just taking a stab in the dark here...

What I wanna see is the math involved for the hp value

If you’re willing, I’d be happy to see the layout

You have to create a User Defined Math channel. Its RPM*Torque/5252

[50070.56]*[50108.127]/5252

You have to log the Engine Torque and RPM channels obviously. Then add that Math Channel (pid) to your charts layout.

Pretty old vid, but..

Easy enough!

Didn’t realize torque was a measured variable. Thx

I have tried that, and the sensor just outputs a linear voltage from .5VDC to 4.5VDC, so without the transform function I would just be logging a voltage....and I can't remember if I was able to get that to show up in the chart either....

Are you running the beta? Setup to auto install latest version? It seems like everything is setup right. Might wanna email support.
