Vengeance Racing mini-build starting soon

My buddy connected with Vengeance (GREAT experience so far he said, very professional and personable) to get the modifications going for my his car. Will be interesting to see the numbers before and after as he is doing it in stages:

Build:
  • Kooks 2" Longtubes w/Jet Hot 2500 Ultra Extreme Ceramic Coating (Bronze Topcoat)
  • G-Sport 850hp EPA Compliant GESI Cats w/3" Vibrant 304 Stainless V-Band TIG-Welded Flanges to remove the ball/socket and slip fit connections with the Kooks
  • DEI Titanium XL 8" Spark Plug Wire Sheaths
  • Dual 28" Magnaflow Resonators on the Mid-Pipe (OEM X-Section)
  • 3" Crimped Area Delete
  • Corsa Sport 2.75" Axle Back with Black Tips w/3" Custom Flanges connecting to the crimp delete
  • Vengeance Racing Custom Tuning and Installation
  • OEM Intake and Throttle Body
  • OEM Blower

He's prepping for a Magnuson 2650R install with Billet Valve covers later this year or early next year with a re-tune but doing the supportive stuff now. Excited to see the before/after with just a tune, headers, GESI cats and dyno on 93. I havent seen anyone do this before (with dynos) without pulleys or intakes etc, might have missed a post though. He's hoping for 35-45rwhp net initially.

This is basically similar to their Stage 2 package using the stock blower. I would really encourage him to at least use a Rotofab intake now while they're doing the tuning.

Stock intake seems to run great when not upping the boost. Not sure its worth much more.

Agreed, with a more efficient exhaust and a tune, the increased air flow of the RF should net a few additional usable HP.
