Not sure how that setup runs hot on such low boost. That Whipple is barely spinning at that power. I can make pull after pull with mine on a 3.375 pulley mid summer and never get hot enough to pull timing. Either way you could put a larger pulley on it and run some Ethanol or MS109 on track days.

Either way GLWS. Pretty good deal for somebody!!

I'm not saying it runs too hot to track (notice how my original post doesn't say anything about over-heating - that's intentional). I'm saying I don't prefer to deal with heat management when I can do heads/cam and make a little less power (but close)... all without adding an extra 100-150lbs over the front axle... That's all.
