Which intake manifold?

Looking for more power
My current set up is
20 camaro a10
Tune
Tsp stock casting ported heads
Tsp vvt2 cam
1 7/8 headers
Ported lt2
95mm tb.

I have been looking at high ram intake but was just wondering if I should stay with the lt2 or would it be a noticeable difference with high ram? I would like to keep the 95mm throttle body. if I should get a holley should I get the 92mm version?

Are you ready to cut your factory hood or purchase an Anderson composites hood to go with your high ram? Because that's the only way a high ram will fit...

If I was you I'd look at a msd instead of a High Ram since your on the smaller side of cams.

Thats another intake I was thinking about. Just looking to squeeze some more power out of my set up and didn't know if the high ram would hurt my set up.

Probably MSD with your current set up. If you go bigger on your cam, high ram.

With the High Ram it likes big cams and high rpm so the MSD will be a better fit for you since you're probably not turning over 7K rpm. You'll definitely pick up some more power over the LT2 and carry it further with the MSD.

Way off topic here but how is the drivability with that cam since you cannot tune your trans or put in a higher stall TC or anything? I have a 21 A10 and am looking at cams myself..

Driviabilty is basically like stock, I actually daily this car. I'm sure the performance would be a little better with some trans tuning. Overall I'm very happy with my set up but always looking for more power.

What the purpose of your build that should determine what intake you need an will work best.

For full bolt ons the Lt2 or Lt1 ported is better suited. When you step up to heads cam that's when you move to an MSD or depending on cam size and how tricked out your heads are you move to the High Ram. Stroker motors also play a role because they want more air so you got to have the right manifold to feed it.

i have a ported msd on my bolt on car. night and day difference in performance on the street. no loss in tq but a lot out of rpm gained and decent hp.

Yea some people with bolt on cars use the MSD but they also usually have aspirations to move on to a heads cam setup so they buy it while they can because it's just another piece of the puzzle.
