No Lift Shift
Happy New Year everyone. Just want to know how to engage the no lift shift (NLS) for our ZL1/ZLE's. I've watched a couple YouTube videos but they don't indicate how to engage it. The video I watched made it seemed like NLS is always on and happens only during a sweet spot between 5k rpm and 6k rpm. Is this true? If not please school me. TIA

Nothing to change, press or modify. WOT, 5000RPM. Keep it at WOT, don't come off the throttle. Engage clutch and shift! It takes some getting use to! Haven't master it myself yet, but dam it is a rush! Used on my last two track days.

You don’t need to be between 5-6K RPMs. You just need to be above 5K

I can’t seem to get the knack of it! I have driving a manual about 40 years now and I still let up on the accelerator when shifting thru the gears.

I made a video using it on track, not sure if that helps anyone. You also can't be touching the brake pedal at all.
