Screen Malfunction

My 2017 ss is having issues with the infotainment system, specifically the touch screen or the 8-inch display. When I'm connected to apple car play through a USB or connected through Bluetooth when I receive a call and answer, my screen blacks out. I can still hear the person, but my 8-inch display just blacks out, until I hang up the call all the settings/radio stations appear again.

I still have warranty, but do not know if this will cover it. I also have long tube headers, an e85 flex fuel kit, intake, and a tune.

If they do end up replacing the module and screen, can this affect my tune? I'm that paranoid, and I'd rather have a car running perfectly than a screen that doesn't turn black when I answer a call. Just want to know if this can affect my tune.
