Best throttle body for NA

Hey guys I've been running a 103mm NW tb for about 6 months now from a stock tb. I've been seeing lots of people running a lt5 tb over a 103mm. Is there a difference really? I've read Pray's stuff about his testing and stuff and the 103 seems to perform a little better than the lt5 tb. Can the NW 103 even be ported? I have a MSD manifold that is going to get ported along with ported heads and cam coming soon for the build.
