Stage 3 Cam - What Stall?

2019 Camaro SS

Going with a stage 3 supercharged cam for an gen v lt1

Going to be getting a Circle D stall for 10L90, but i'm unsure what the stall should be. 3200? IDK

Car's Current mods
-E85

-Kooks 2" Long Tube Headers
-Borla S-Type Axle Back
-D1x Procharger (Intercooled)
-LT4 Injectors and High Side Pump
-Fore Innovations Dual in-tank Pump

-MSD 2-step

What I will be having done
-Texas Speed Forged Pistons and rods
-BTR Stage 3 Supercharged Camshaft and DOD/AFM Delete

-Circle D 10L90 Torque Converter
-Putting TR6 Spark plugs in ( I was supposed to already have TR6 plugs in but the old shop I took it to for the Procharger install jipped me and didn't put them in. Obviously not going back.)
-Heads Getting Machined

Bro if I knew I would give you an answer, and I can’t believe no one has answered you yet. I would just ask the person that’s going to install these parts in your car (maybe your tuner)

With a Procharger probably something in the 34-3600 range. They like to be stalled similar to a NA setup since they build boost with RPM.

KingLT1 is spot on with the TC recommendation.

That said, you do not have a 10L90. The SS came with the 10L80, so to my knowledge Circle D does not make a converter for your car (if they do it’s not on their website). https://www.circledspecialties.com/gm

A few months ago when i was still getting a plan together i got in contact with them about that. They told me that it will work in the 10L80. Hopefully they didn't BS me, but all i can do is try. I have had no luck finding anyone with a 10L80 specific torque converter unfortunately.

So as of right now all i can do is either buy a whole new trans and then a torque converter as well, or i can take their word for it and hope to high heavens that it works lol

Circle D does have a converter for your vehicle as I've put may in 2019+SS and ZL1's. Also, boosted they work best with 3200-3400 stall and have near stock driveability. You can also get away without a stall by changing the trans tune settings, but the stall does help your 60'.
