Apex FL-5 are very light, 18x10 weighs 20.5#, and 18x10.5 weighs 21#. https://www.apexraceparts.com/our-wh...ution-fl5.html
The 18x10.5 may be the best choice, so that you get more performance out of 275-305 width tires. I have a set of the 18x10 on my LS 1LE (FE3 suspension), and I really like them. With a 5mm spacer, they clear my strut. Note, this is a BMW wheel, so I use plastic rings to make them hubcentric. (I am about to fix this with some custom 12 mm bolt-on spacers that will have BMW hub spacing.) |

Obviously HRE and Forgeline make some pretty light wheels.
I don't have any experience with them, but Litespeed offers all of their wheels in forged magnesium as an option: https://www.litespeedracing.com/technology |

I have Apex 18x10s they do feel quite light. They aren't crazy expensive either

18x10.5 +27 TSW Bathurst is 20 lbs. and reasonably priced. You will need a 10 mm spacer and extended studs to clear the front strut though.

FINSPEED in Austin will make whatever you need including non-normal widths and offsets. Not cheap, but, like your other toys, you asked for the lightest not the cheapest.
