If you have offers 1-2k lower then your asking price, then I would say you are doing well. Hell you can buy 2LZ C7 Z06's right now with less then 3k miles for under 60k. It's a buyers market right now. That being said if I was in the market I would be on my way to see you because that is a great price on the car. Glws

I think you have a very fair price. The way dealers are marking up used car values, you might see what a dealer would offer for it. You may even get a check back for the extended warranty to add to that number. That’s my 2 cents. GLWS

I'm tempted if I could get 25K + out of my 2016 2SS with ~30K miles. That's a darn good price.

$46-47K is a great price for that car. I personally wouldn't drop down to $45K, especially since you just started advertising it. Be patient. Personally, if it were mine, I'd have it out there no lower than $49.5 as a starting price.

I pulled it off of Craigslist, there's just no serious buyers there. I'll keep it up for sale here a while longer and see what happens.

maybe the market is different for cars like this but def not a buyers market right now. Inventory is super low. I bought my 2018 accord sport brand new, drove it for 20 months and 15k miles and just sold it for same price I paid new, minus sales tax.
