I want to order a custom knob with a similar weight.

Yes I can just take it off and weigh it myself, but if someone has one lying around or already weighed it that would save me the trouble.

inb4 420 oz 69 grams

You're in luck, this is a hairy 1LE knob for reference. I purchased a leather wheel from a member here and installed a Speeddawg knob.

14.4 oz is around 408 grams pretty close to 420.

The link doesn’t work. I’m assuming it was the same as below?

FYI... I had ordered my Epco knob before realizing the stock one is weighted. I installed the unweighted one anyway. Been a year and a half now and still shifts just fine.

I thought the OEM shift knob was an integrated piece and hard to change. Is it easy to swap out? I'd love to have a custom shift knob.

Is is way easy if you get the adapter I bought. I bought a Barton adapter from Summit Racing. Then got my knob from Epco. Easy, peasy

It's not threaded on like most, it slides over and is held in with a setscrews. There are a few adapters out there that will convert it although some add hight. I went with Speeddawg and went old school SS, when you put it in your cart you will be presented with options including the Camaro adapter. You can also get them weighted, I did not and have driven it around 15K winter and summer and no complaints.
