ZL1 1LE Rear Aluminum Subframe Bushings
Does anyone have them not installed and can take some measurements and pictures for me? I have a 2017 CTSV and am trying to see if they will fit my car.
Thanks in advance. |

Does GM Performance or the aftermarket not make specific solid bushings for the CTSV?

And if GM or the aftermarket made them and I knew about it, why would we be having this conversation? So if my subframe mount holes are ID 59.95mm and my factory mounts are 60mm and the ZL1 mounts are the same size what would the issue be? |

I would be willing to bet they are the same...GM likes to make money so I doubt there is anything "CTSV specific" for the cradle attachment point. Have you checked to see if the stock bushings are the same part number? I do know they take the same TTY cradle retaining bolts which definitely points to the likelihood the bushings are the same as well.

Maybe it is the same in the CTSV too, I am just saying for me for such an important attach point, I wouldn't personally risk it.

I've been looking into the possibility of this setup for my convertible. I'm looking to see if I can hopefully come across anyone that has knowledge of the convertibles rear subframe, and might know if A) The bushings are the same size, and B) If the convertible would benefit at all from the install of the ZLE/GMPP "upgraded" solid bushings? Thanks

They are tuff to find but I believe its going to be worth it. Supposedly I got the last set in all the Chevy dealers in the US. My local dealer searched all the dealers inventory and found one in UT for 472 shipped. So not srue if the kits are getting harder and harder to get but I would jump on it incase they stop making them.

They were discontinued for a whole then brought back. Production was moved from the US to China. So the lack of parts is likely due to the current worldwide situation.
