Which Hurst Shifter?
Want to get a Hurst short shift kit for my 2017 SS. Which one is the right choice? Seems like some have a link and some don't:

While not as aesthetically pleasing (as the 5th Gen Hurst shifter you have pictured) it is reportedly mechanically superior and its only draw back is a rather difficult install ( see installation instructs in this Ebay add). However, everyone who has run the gauntlet of installation has reported its totally worth it. Mines been in a box in the garage for 3 months waiting for me to "find the right time". IOW- I've been a wuss, but I'm gonna do it, and soon!
