I would consider the ZL1 if it were 250hp over stock for that price vs 100hp over stock.

These may become collector cars one day... so it might be worth the money after 20-30+ years it might be worth something. lol As previous Hertz racer (GT350-H) did became special. Plus this might be the LAST fully gasoline powered Camaro.

Those cars have been abused and that’s a no thanks from me. As soon as you open the door I am 100 percent sure the left seat bolster is jacked up due to ass drag. No thanks.

Every little bit helps. Plus they have more. Perhaps they're testing the waters to see how much interest is shown in buying these two. If the interest is high enough maybe they'll sell more.??

Probably should have watched their bottom line a little better then. Production costs on one TV commercial is probably more then these two Camaro’s

I think I would have to pass.

Not really having anything to do with being rentals so much as

A) These are novelty cars, but not "collector" cars. They will be a footnote in the Camaro history books, far from legendary which is what makes a "collector" Camaro.

B) For the price, you could go buy a slightly used one of either, perhaps with comparable mileage, mod those to be better than these and come out even, if not a little ahead on cost. (Warranty, if any, put aside)

C) Appearance, again, if these cars were "legendary" I could let the hokie Yellow stripe on black slide. But since they're not legends, it's just hokie (IMHO) Black stripes on yellow cars would have been so much better.
