Header Install Desperate for Help

I am in desperate need of help. After a week of absolute hell (one problem after another) installing headers on my 2019 Camaro I finally Dropped her down and fired it up, started up after the second push, but the brakes didn't work (almost crapped my pants). Then I noticed the exhaust had dropped down and was about 4 inches from the ground, I had tightened all clamps to 40 lbs, but when I touched the exhaust it was loose. I tightened the clamps like a mofo and they are still loose (now one is stripped and wont move). Are the clamps (speed engineering supplied) just garbage and I need to order some? Anyone have any suggestions on the best clamps to use? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Also, has anyone run into "Service Brake Assist" after a header/xpipe install? My car has been down for over a week now... any help is appreciated. The header/xpipe kit with holes for three O2 sensors, do I use all three? Or just the two front ones? Thank you!

Mega clamps or another brand of band clamps. The speed engineering ones I had on my 4th gen were trash.

Pictures would be great to help get an idea what's going on. I know on my long tubes I have O2's before and after my cats and an extra for my AFR guage. 5 total on both banks. I had a little trouble sealing some of the joints but nothing like what you're describing ... Some more details would be great ..

the speed engineering clamps are junk. i’d suggest a quality lap joint band clamp, i bought walker clamps for mine. if the exhaust is hanging down that far i’d be looking at the hangers. i had to cut 2 of the hangers off the SE midpipe and relocate them, they weren’t close, at all. the forward most holes are for the primary o2s, the 3rd farther back is for a wideband o2. i put one of the old secondary o2s in it just to plug the hole.

Thanks guys! I ordered some Magnaflow straps and they worked as they should; the exhaust is nice and tight now.
