500rwhp without cam?

Just looking for some advice on my build, not quiet ready to cam or boost it yet. I’m wanting to achieve 500rwhp with bolt ons. I’m currently running headers, CAI and no cats, an e85 kit. Is it worth my while to get a msd intake and tb or just port the stock Im/tb ? Any input on other mods to look into?

I would say a bigger Throttle Body like a 95mm, MSD Intake and a tune to go with it. I could be wrong.

Do u just want the hp number or do you want to be faster?

500 rwhp isnt that hard of a number to hit if you are using STD correction factors, like the car in the video

If you're trying to hit 500 then you'll need atleast the 95mm TB and get it ported as well. Intake manifold get either the ported MSD or the Holley highram.

From the top of my head I think you have all the other essential bolt ons as it is. The final step will be to find a higher than usual reading dyno and throw it on.

80hp per liter for those mods is incredible. Almost seems like a unicorn.

LOL, yeah. Guys, these things dyno at maybe 410-420 dead stock on a Dynojet that is actually corrected to standard conditions (the way all runs should be corrected). Anyone who tells you that headers, exhaust, a thermostat, and cold-air intake will gain you 80-90rwhp is...not being realistic (to put it nicely). Maybe if you switch the car over to E85 it would do that, but that's a pretty big changeover if you run it that way all the time, for a lot of reasons.

moving towards porting the stock IM/TB with my e85 and potential a little shot of nitrous. cant find much better bang for my buck so far, cams on these 6th gens are stupid expensive to install.

95mm tb and either ported stock manifold or ported msd and ported heads probably get you close.
