How to remove an Innovators West damper?

I am loving this Camaro more and more. This Pro Charged C7 makes great power but wow what a POS. I deal with issue after issue. Rant over. Anyways it seems the front seal took a poop so was trying to get the pulley off. Been fighting it now have a bolt dug into it. CF is a great resource but for the most part I think a majority get their work done and I typically have my answers here. Any help would be great.
