Bluetooth phone contacts in the infotainment system
I keep having this problem of losing some of my phone contents from the infotainment screen. I have re-paired the phone and they are all there. Then, next time in the car, some are gone again and the system does not recognize the voice command to make a call.
What am I missing here? Thanks.

I have had the same problem, never figured out a solution, but I don't use Bluetooth anymore as I am usually tethered to the USB port so I can use CarPlay.

This didn’t happen with my 2017, so it might be the new version of the infotainment system.
