Question Mishimoto Catch Can question

I have the Mishimoto Catch Can on my 2020 2SS, should I put some coarse steel wool inside the catch can for additional condensation area or is that not necessary/bad idea???

Catch Can improvement

I suppose your reasoning for this post is: some oil is still getting through? I you took the catch can out pipe off and checked if there is any blow by oil in it and if there was none, then there would be no need to attempt catch can improvement. I'm going to check mine, when we are back on the road. Seems like possibly your idea could have some merit.

Expanding on SHRFT’s response I wouldn’t use steel because I’d feel at some point it might oxidize. However, I would consider stainless and cutting it to suit your needs.

I don't know if anything is getting by, but will try to check... Just trying to make sure I am doing everything I can to catch all I can...

That's what I meant, Stainless... What exactly is that in the picture? Where can you get it?
