Additional mods require new tune?

First post, but have been reading for awhile. Car is in Signature, i bought it with the mods and dyno tune already done at the end of 2018.

With the mods i already have, the car was dyno tuned by Nickey performance and made 442 rwhp.

What i am wanting to do:
-Stock ported TB (Mamo, Pray, or Soler....havent decided yet)

-Stock intake ported by Pray performance

-Change the Cold Air inductions CAI to a Roto Fab dry

-Soler engineering throttle controller

I'm not sure what all was done with the Dyno tune, but the car seems to run pretty strong.

Will i pick up gains with the ported TB and ported intake without having to re-tune?

I was originally thinking of going the ported 95mm TB and ported MSD, but I'm thinking those 2 items would for sure need a re-tune....which is why im thinking ported stockers at least for a year or 2.

Please let me hear some opinions if my mods are worth it without re-tune.....thanks!

You should be OK without a tune with the items listed. I also like the duct in front of the box velossatechdesign

Yes the velossatechdesign was another thing i was considering, just didnt seem significant enough to list.

your tunes going to be a little off. you might not notice it but you should take it back to Nickey and have it retuned. If you take it back to them you wont have to buy more credits so it would just be there labor for a retune. $150 or so.

I have tuned from rotofab to cai. If its tuned on the nose, there will be lean spots, if it was tuned with a AF buffer you might be ok but it will still be fatter and leaner throughout the curve. You’ll be better off keeping the cai in that case...No doubt. If you retune it’s a different story.

They are really designed to be interchanged against the oe maf curve, once you tighten up on that with a tune, it needs to at least be validated. IMO

Thanks. Im thinking about doing a before and after dyno run that has an AFR reading. Would that be enough validation to see if tune is needed? Im not deadset against a tune, but it gets costly since i want it done by pray....so i need to get a wideband installed and get the hp tuners stuff. I might hold off on the CAI, at first i thought that would be the thing that would upset the tune the least.

I would re-tune it if you port your intake. Ask your tuner what they charge for an update. We would usually just charge you around $200 for a update.

Changing from one CAI to another would probably be OK, but changing to a ported TB and intake would.

To make it as simple as possible - HP Tuners is monitoring the air flow thru the MAF pretty much all the time, if you change the airflow by more than a few percentage points, then its not going to be right. It will be constantly rich.
