Knock relocation

Due to the interference with Speed Envineering Long tubes, I relocated the knock sensor without the genuine heat shield and instead of it, I put some a heat boot.

I am wondering if it is a fine place for the sensing.

Old thread but im having the same issue. Gonna try to use the Knock Sensor out of a 21 Spark. Has a wire lead instead of a socket.
