2019 2SS Constant 12v dash cam/ overhead schematic

Well I attempted to find a 12v constant based off of a thread on here for 12v constant power being available in the overhead ABS connector location but I popped it open and had different colors so I downloaded the acdelco tech documents today and will investigate this weekend about trying to wire up a 12v constant power source.

If anyone knows if this is a dead end chime in before I give it another go. Really not wanting to run 12v from trunk or engine bay if I dont have to so any help is greatly appreciated.

Ironically enough, GM decided to drop the Homelink option on the 2019+ Camaros -- which is where you can tap the harness (Red) for 12V constant for the earlier model years. If your 2SS has that rear view mirror camera, it should have a constant power source, but whether or not it's 12V, someone will have to chime in.

Thank you for that I know they lost the home link but was under the impression power was coming from the airbag harness. No one has confirmed or denied yet so I’m stuck

I'm not sure if you have seen this post by Gen5DIY, but it looks like they have confirmed the rear view mirror at least can provide 12V.

You may want to drop a PM to them to see if they can confirm if it's constant or switched, otherwise grab a multimeter and do some probing on that mirror's harness.

Just want to update this thread for future reference. The mirror purple/white wire is a 12V ignition wire. (Switched 12V, not retained accessory power)
