Well the time has come, my stock GYs need to replace, nobody will pass the car for inspection. Got 15K on them, don't do burnouts, don't beat on the car heavily, I have fun with it, but don't abuse the car and the tires. I went back and forth between the GY Eagle F1 AS3 and the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, really want the ZP version of the 4S, but they just came out and very limited supply in the US, even spoke with Michelin, they said that they are almost impossible to get. Tirerack has them in stock, but not my sizes. Even spoke with them, they said that the ZP are new and won't be until at least spring before they get the SS stock sizes in stock...so I decided to stick with the stock GYs, I like them a lot, just wish they would have lasted a little longer. I bought them directly on GYs website, got a really good deal, better than my dealer was offering. The best part is that GY offers a mobile install right in your driveway at your house! All the reviews have been great, cheap installation fees, so we shall see, I have it scheduled for next Monday.

The stock tires are a safe bet and really do put down good performance #s in instrumented tests (1.0g on skidpad and 70-0 in < 150ft). I probably have another 6 months or so and considering different options including the stock tires.

I really like the GYs, I dont mind the little extra noise with the runflats. I probably would have went PS 4S if the ZPs were available, but I am happy with the GYs, plus I like the price and mobile install GY offers, can watch them installed on my driveway.
