My issues (your issues)
1. Car rattles (door panels, shifter, something in the deck lid)
2. Paint on my rims is literally gone. Like someone took a spoon and ate pieces. 3. Transmission/clutch are noisy at low speeds. Grinding, clunking etc 4. Paint is thin, I could sit my bear ass on it and it would still chip the paint. 4. Yet another rattle has popped up. 5. I now have a sqeek/ screech coming from my steering wheel. But... I do not know if this is the ( diff groan) I’m always hearing about. 6. I bought a fast car and now I’m scared To drive it fast because of all these diff/ axel popping out problems. Wtf This car gives me ptsd. I’m here for moral support. Do it for dale |

Geez... Well mines almost a year old and driven daily.
1. Everything still looks showroom new after a year of Florida sun. 2. Still solid as a rock. 3. Got my first chip the other day, large rock at 75mph, so I now know paint is ~5mils there, heck it took a week of drop fills to get it level again. LOL. 4. Driving it makes me forget my PTSD. 5. I apparently suck as moral support. 6. Wait I got one....lack of interior storage compartments suck. |

No issues like that with my ZL1!! My only issue is I drive it too much and put on the mileage!

These cars must have variable levels of quality. Because I see these stories yet mine is 3.5 years old and is still perfect. Sorry. Maybe time to move on then.

The only issues I’ve encountered are the rear diff groan, the A8 trans shudder, and a rattle here and there. I’ve owned the car for a solid year and my DD until winter and she still runs like a champ! Don’t forget, it’s just a Chevy at the end of the day.

Idk
Def not a troll just ranting a bit to see how common my problems are. I just got this account to meet people like me, young and dumb, I’m from the 513( Cincinnati area) and would like to meet people who wanna race at the strip and go on cruises with.
Black 2016 m6 2SS daily no mods but definitely will boost it and lower it. All done by me. A 20 year old. |

Seems like every time I come on this forum and see a preview of an issues thread, it's by a new member.

Only issue with 5K miles is the driver's door panel. When you pull the door closed, it creaks and seems cheap.

There are most likely some lemons out there. Was the car purchased new? If it was purchased used I hope you did your homework. These cars are often offered for sale after being in a rental fleet. I can guarantee you those cars were rented, raced, and returned. It’s not like renting a mini van. These cars are abused by renters. If you ended up with one of those...good luck! Not saying they’re all bad, but you have to really know what to look for on previous rentals.

I was gonna ask if you’re under warranty but never mind. Only issue I have had is the shudder.
