Summer vs All Season

Has anyone ditched their summer only tires for all seasons? I have the factory Goodyears F1's now but since it's cold AF here I'd like to be able to drive my car more before the snow flies. I've been looking at BFG g-force comp 2 a/s. Any of you have those? Did you notice a big difference between the summer only and the BFG's?

Any non Summer only will be better in the cold. If you plan on driving in the fall and spring its smart to get another set of wheels.

I went with the General AS-05. I drive the Camaro year round and sometimes it gets down into the 30s here.

I had those on my 5th gen. Drove around all winter in the MN snow with them just fine.

I put the Conti ExtremeContact DWS-06 about 2 years ago and I do like them a lot.

I use the Comp2 A/S on the Camaro, and had a set on the Mustang previously, fantastic tire.

I am also on board with the DWS-06 tires. Just had snow here in KC and they handled it like it was nothing, even grip better on dry pavement than the Goodyear summer only run flats did.

I run Bridgestone RE980AS's, then put the stocks back on competitive events.
