TVS2300 on the C7 Z06 adds 80 rwhp but only 50-60 on ZL1?

Hi all
I'm consider the Magnuson TVS 2300. Why does Magnuson say the TVS2300 on the C7 Z06 can add over 80+ hp to the wheels, to give you over 629 rwhp but only 50-60 rwhp on the 6th gen ZL1? Can anyone explain why the difference in rwhp? Thanks

Early Z06 blowers had a shorter lid that was more restrictive than later models due to hood clearance, where the ZL1 did not have that issue. Changing the lid on older Z06 blowers is typically worth around 15-20 horse, so I'd guess that's the difference.

Thanks for the reply. I’m still puzzled because from what I can tell the LT4 in the Z06 or in the ZL1 typically make about 545 rwhp. So I don’t get why one would make more than the other with the same TVS 2300

The Z06 also has better flowing exhaust manifolds and primary cat setups than Camaros do. The Camaro manifolds neck down big time where they meet the primary cats. So, it sounds like maybe the Z06 is just making power a tick more efficiently with those stock components in place.
